Zorya has concentrated on developing an extremely successful Dance School
consisting of students, ages 4 to 35. Classes are taught by experienced Senior
dancers and well-known Choreographer and instructor Jenya Bahri from Edmonton,
Alberta (formerly of Ukraine). At the end of the dance school season, all
registered dancers take part in a spectacular concert, providing family and
friends the opportunity to enjoy the dances learned during the year. Shortly
after this concert, a "Wind-up" Banquet is held for all dancers,
plus their family and friends, to celebrate Zorya's successes and to close
off the dance school season. The year end concert and wind-up banquet consistently
provide memories for dancers and parents that last a lifetime.

Registration
for the dance season is held in early September. For information concerning
registration dates and times, or to arrange special registration needs, contact
Lynda Wdowiak, 807-623-4804 or Alice Chony, 807-577-2100. All dancers pay an
annual fee at the time of registration. Full refunds can be granted until October
31st. All cheques are to be made payable to: Zorya Ukrainian Dance Association. |
